They’d have to show her their other selves, but that could wait until they’d demonstrated a few other skills that had the potential to convince their mate spending time snowed in the back of beyond had advantages. They’d have an easier time if they’d also followed the healer’s suggestion and gotten the place modernized before their mate arrived. Stupid move, postponing it.
Maybe they hadn’t really believed she’d be the one.
Now they knew.
Well, if their turning into big white bears didn’t freak her out, could a lack of electricity? Especially because that situation would change as soon as the weather did. They had everything they needed, and the clearing around the cabin as well as the roof angles allowed enough hours of sunlight a day to provide for their needs. He also thought they could accommodate her Internet needs for her business.
Now…the bears thing.
Chapter Six
Jenni
Playing for these two men could have so many meanings, but Jenni was pretty sure she’d like all of them. At least if the night before was any indication. For the first time since before she stated modeling, she didn’t even care if she had coffee before starting her day. They lay on either side of her and mirrored one another, starting with nuzzling her ears, nibbling the lobes, grazing her neck with their teeth then doing the same to her shoulders. She shivered, already soaked between her legs and with her nipples on full alert.
She hadn’t lied. They had ruined her for anyone else. And while Clark’s invitation to “stay forever” was just pillow talk, she could pretend. Pretend they wanted her for all of their lives, to make love to and ride snowmobiles to gorgeous settings for her photography. Maybe they’d be willing to pose.
Usually she preferred nature scenes, but adding these two could only improve on the backdrops. Mother Nature was responsible for them, too, after all. But even thoughts of her favorite hobby couldn’t take her far from where they each held an arm and kissed up and down it, finding pressure points and erogenous zones she’d not only never experienced but never heard of. And she read…a lot.
Next they took her hands and massaged them, easing out tiny, painful spots of tension resulting from her hours on the keyboard. By the time they sucked her forefingers, with a simultaneity she would never have dreamed possible, she was panting for them. “I-I…how are you doing this?”
Clark lifted dreamy, heavy-lidded eyes toward her. “Nothing magical about it, beautiful. We’re just treating you as you deserve to be treated. Do you like it?”
“You don’t really have to ask, do you?” And she didn’t want to think about where they’d learned how to touch a woman. She was just so glad they were sharing that with her. They paused at her wrists for a moment before gliding up the inside of her arms again then each lifted one of her breasts, holding it cupped in a palm.
“We could spend a lifetime learning your body, Jenni.” Ty brushed his lips over the top swell of her breast.
“And how to give you pleasure,” Clark murmured against her insanely sensitive skin. As their mouths closed over her nipples, in a dual assault on her senses, she wondered how she’d lived without them so long. And tried not to think of how she would once she went home. But their suckling, nibbling, laving treatment of her breasts tore all thought from her mind, and her eyes closed. She wanted to watch them, but sensory overload was threatening to shut her brain down entirely.
Rubbing her thighs together, she sought the orgasm that hovered just out of reach. Hovered even though they hadn’t touched her lady parts at all yet. Clark chuckled and pushed the covers off her, baring her to their view in the morning light. She gulped. Modeling helped with her self-image, but these men were the epitome of masculine perfection, and her broader-than-most hips and the curve of her tummy still worried her. Especially in comparison to them.
He slid his hand between her legs and urged them apart. She opened her eyes. Releasing her nipple, he shook his head. “No, no. We get to do that. And you can’t come until we say so…rule one of the game we’re playing.”
“There are rules?” she gasped. “Because I could come any second.” He expected her to hold back?
Ty also lifted his face, freeing his mouth to talk, and she wanted to beg them to continue. “We’ll make you come many, many times, Jenni, don’t worry. But when we say so, okay?”
She released a shuddering breath and tried to recover her brain enough to understand. “Are there any rules I should know about?”
“A few.” Ty winked. “We’re making them up as we go along. Free-flowing rules.” He gave her breast another suck then let it go with a pop. “Rule two. We do all the work, and you lie back and enjoy. For now.”
“Sounds a lot like the game we played last night in the tub,” she murmured.
“See?” Clark gave her a predatory smile, all white teeth and fiery eyes. “You’re already a winner.”
She lost track of the rules, then, except that every time she came close to orgasm, they stopped their dual acts of eroticism long enough for her to lose her grip on the moment and tumble down just a little. They sucked and licked and stroked and caressed almost every inch of the front of her then rolled her over—she was too weak to do anything but let them—and did the same to her back. Her skin hummed with life, her nipples ached, and her pussy leaked so much she could feel the puddle under it.
Then, just as she decided they were wicked sadists who’d lied about ever making her come, one of them lifted her and set her down on the lap of the other. At some point, her eyes had closed again, so she opened them to see Ty lying on his back, smiling up at her. His cock lay against her pussy, a long, hard, hot steel rod, burning into her flesh. She half expected steam to rise from her damp folds.
He clamped his hands on her hips and lifted her, his cock bobbing up as he did. Then, with more of that high-level skill, he lowered her, gliding smoothly home, filling her until his balls bumped her bottom. Big…yes, he was so big. They both were. He guided her up and down, brushing the G-spot she’d only read about before now with each retreat. She was climbing again, reaching for the stars—or her orgasm—when Clark placed his hand between her shoulder blades and pushed her forward. Ty released her hips and cupped her head, drawing her face to his. He kissed her, lifting and lowering her with the strength of his bent knees. Finally, her clit was in contact with something. The coarse nest of hairs at the base of his cock was about to drive her wild when she felt cool liquid drip between her cheeks and one of Clark’s fingers circling her anus.
Oh. My. God. Had they said something about taking her at the same time? Last night, maybe in the tub? If they insisted on keeping her half crazed with desire, how could they expect her to remember anything?
He worked that finger in to the first knuckle then withdrew, then again, in rhythm with Ty’s fucking her pussy and his tongue flicking in and out of her mouth. She’d never been so overwhelmed but so needy, too. As Clark added a second finger and worked them in and out, deeper and deeper, then spread them, stretching her, a muffled groan came from her chest. She had to come. It was surging up her spine and down her core.
Then Clark pulled out, Ty slowed his fucking and moved his lips to kiss her cheek. The riot in her head grew so loud, she almost couldn’t hear anything else.
Wait! No! Don’t stop or I’ll die.
“Shhh.” Ty stroked her throat and petted her heaving breasts, his baritone cutting through the noise. “Hang on a minute. Don’t you want us all to come together?”
She nodded even though she’d sell them out for completion at that moment. Men always came. Sometimes, if a woman let them get ahead of her, she lay all night in a fever of want. She squeezed her muscles around his cock, but he only chuckled.
“Don’t worry, beautiful girl. We’ll never leave you hanging. But before you get to come, you have to take all of Clark in your bottom.” All of him? “Can you be a good girl and do that?”
She nodded again, but she was already so full just with Ty’s dick
and the two fingers Clark had just withdrawn. His dick was much bigger than two fingers.
“I knew you could. We’ll make it so good for you.” As he kissed her sweetly on the lips, the other man’s cock prodded at her slippery back hole. He’d used a lot of lube, thank heavens.
“I’ve never…” She blew out a long breath.
“Never been with two men?” Clark asked, his lips brushing her ear.
“Never had anyone…there.”
“Good. And if we have our way, you’ll never have anyone inside you again but us.” He pushed past the tight ring of muscle, and if fingers had felt big, his cock was huge, stretching her inside as he rocked back and then thrust in deeper, in and out, conquering more territory with each drive. Ty lay still, filling her but not moving until Clark grunted, “Go,” and they began to move, one in, one out, over and over. They held her tight between them, her clit scraping against that nest of hair with each in and-out thrust. Her vision blurred, stars shooting past, she writhed in their arms, the three locked together in an embrace unlike any she’d ever experienced. They were hot, hotter than anyone should be, their arms bands of steel, their cocks steel sheathed in silk. At some point, she screamed, but it didn’t stop them. Or slow them.
Ty slid one arm between them and gave her clit a sharp pinch, and she shrieked, clenching around them both, flailing in their grip, coming and coming and… Just as her spasms eased, two streams of burning semen poured into her, and she was sucked into a black hole filled with swirling stars and planets, comets that all exploded into a supernova. Then nothing.
Clark
Clark lay braced over his mates, panting, his dick still sheathed by Jenni’s bottom hole. Ty was still in her pussy, and he could feel his mate’s cock through the thin barrier separating them. Ty’s eyes were closed, his chest rising and falling, hair damp across his forehead.
He felt a moment’s regret they hadn’t been able to fully mate her. It would have been perfect. But not quite. First, they had to show her who she’d be mating. But after this time, this bonding, if she ran away, they’d be heartbroken forever. He and his loving mate would feel the void for all time. Jenni, as a human, might be able to go on, but she’d feel the loss, on some level, too.
Slowly withdrawing from her, he stood and headed for the bathroom to clean up then returned with damp washcloths and soft towels. Jenni lay on her back on the bed now, to all appearances sound asleep while his other mate watched him from sleepy eyes. Clark washed them both up, carefully. They could take a shower—a bath if they had the energy—later, but he wanted to get some food in everyone, so after covering them with a blanket, he headed for the kitchen and stirred up the fire in the stove, stopping along the way to add some logs and get the fireplace going again. The massive antique warmed the whole house when it had a big enough blaze in its heart.
Taking care of his mates came naturally. It made him proud.
Just as he piled scrambled eggs on a platter, the radio on the desk in the little nook by the back door chattered.
He picked up the mic. “Homebase, this is Cabinbound. What’s up?”
“Avalanche, Cabinbound.” The dispatcher must not know their schedule.
“We have someone covering for us, Homebase. We’re not on this weekend. Got company.”
“I know that, Clark.” This voice was the healer. She spoke in a soft, firm tone. “Clark, your fill-in guy is in the avalanche. About half the pack is. We need the two of you, and fast.”
“Location?” Who was out there? As he scribbled down the information, he called over his shoulder. “Emergency, Ty. We gotta go. Now.”
He shoved eggs between slices of bread while listening to Ty murmur to Jenni. He joined him, and they gobbled the sandwiches, knowing they’d need the energy before they got back. Their bears burned far more calories than they did in human form, and the avalanche was several miles away and not easily accessible by established trails, even if the snow made those usable.
Seconds later, they were out the door, still chewing. They shifted and loped over the snow. Every extra minute could cost someone they loved their life.
He hoped Jenni would understand.
Chapter Seven
Jenni
Jenni barely understood what Ty was whispering to her so urgently. Something about a rescue. had to go. She should stay here, keep the fire burning and not go outside until they returned. It was still storming, and they hated to leave her alone.
He’d said something about working on the mountain, must be search and rescue. They had rushed out so quickly she hadn’t had a chance to ask for details, but when someone was in danger, chatting wasn’t a first priority.
Stretching, she stood and found one of their shirts. She had her luggage around here somewhere, but the white tee fit her like a nightshirt and smelled amazing, like deep-green forest meets sexy male. Their voices faded, and the door slammed behind them as she arrived in the great room. How long would they be gone? These things took days in the movies. She hoped whoever was in trouble could hang on until they got there.
She moved toward the kitchen, planning on the world’s hugest cup of coffee, but something outside the window caught her eye, and she scooted over there. A big white blur disappeared into the trees at the edge of the clearing. What was it? Some kind of animal, but what was big, bulky, and white around here? Ty stood nearby…naked! In the snow! What the heck? As she started to turn for the door, the most astonishing thing happened.
His edges blurred. And he seemed to shrink into himself, dropping to the snow-piled ground, becoming smaller then something big rose. And fluffy. And white. Another one of those monsters like the one that had disappeared into the trees…or maybe the same one. He’d hurt Ty! She raced out into the yard in only the T-shirt and with her feet bare, with no care for herself. The big thing—could it be a bear?—lumbered into the forest, picking up speed as it went while she raced toward the spot where Ty fell. Where was Clark?
Had it harmed them both? It looked like a polar bear, but had climate change driven them to California? No…they liked, cold so if it got warmer, wouldn’t they have retreated even farther to the north? They had to have escaped from somewhere.
She found the trampled snow and, glancing back toward the cabin, determined that it was about where she’d seen Ty fall, but there was nothing else. Nobody. Not a drop of blood or a hair from his head remained. Logic told her that even if the polar bear had taken him down, it, and even if it was into eating people, it didn’t have time to do that before heading out.
And it would have left a—she gulped—a mess.
What the hell was going on?
Panicked, and shivering, her feet burning from the cold, she retreated to the house and stood by the fire. Her mind raced in circles, unable to find anything to hold onto. They’d gone out to work for a while, to help in some sort of emergency. They should have taken the truck, right? Or maybe they had snowmobiles in the shed out there?
Heading for the bedroom, she bundled up in all of her clothes and some of theirs. With her reddened feet safe in UGGs, she stumbled outside again and worked her way to the shed she’d noticed at the edge of the clearing. The lack of footprints along the way made it very clear nobody had been over there, at least today, but she continued on, for lack of anything better to do. The door was unlocked, so she opened it and went inside.
Two big snow machines sat in the center of the barnwood building. In fact, from the stalls on the sides and some ancient rusted farm implements hanging on the walls, she thought it might have been a barn at one time. The stalls were filled with solar panels and other equipment, though, instead of livestock. But the snow machines took up most of the center of the floor, leaving no room for another, and she hadn’t seen any other buildings, except the open-sided carport where they’d left the truck. Which was also not missing. They were on foot.
So the problem must be near, right? Jenni decided to see if she could find them and trudged through the snow again to
the spot where Ty had gone down. Her eyes flicked from the smashed-down snow to the forest and back. No footprints here, either. Well, no human footprints.
Great bear paw prints she saw in plenty. Jenni started in the direction they led, stepping where the bear or bears had, finding it easier than making her own openings in the thigh-high snow. But by the time she reached the first trees, she’d realized two things. One, she was completely unequipped for trudging off into the wild to perform search and rescue. Unless they needed plane reservations, she’d only be a liability. Lost and probably dead by dusk. And two, polar bears were dangerous. They certainly seemed so in wildlife documentaries. With no sign of blood or any body parts, she had no proof the men had been hurt in any way. And she couldn’t make herself one more victim they had to rescue. They were used to the wilderness.
She felt completely helpless.
Trudging back into the warm cabin, she tried to come up with a plan. The snow machines could be helpful, if she knew how to drive them, where to drive them, or…once again…how not to make herself a bigger problem than a help.
The truck she could drive but where to? The snow hadn’t let up enough to make that skinny, snaky, switchback road possible to navigate. They’d said something about a family member with a plow but he probably wouldn’t be by until the storm stopped. Would he?
Heck, what did she know about wilderness snowstorms? She’d been raised in one city, started her career in another, then moved to a third. Think, Jenny!
Then she shook her head. What did a person do in an emergency? In the city, they called 9-1-1. They would most likely do the same here, wouldn’t they? Someone was going to think she was nuts when she reported a polar bear or two, but that didn’t matter. What mattered was saving her men’s lives.
